Regional Organization
Regional Organization
India is divided into six regions—North, East, North East, West, South I, and South II—each managed by a Regional Lead who drives member engagement and enrolment across multiple states. Regional Leads serve on the Steering Committee to ensure coordinated national efforts.
Regional Structure & Leadership:
Each region encompasses multiple states and is led by a dedicated Regional Lead who serves as the primary driver of member engagement, network expansion, and strategic initiatives within their territory. These Regional Leads are responsible for :
- Member Engagement : Fostering active participation and collaboration among existing members
- Enrollment & Growth : Identifying and onboarding new members across their assigned states
- Regional Coordination : Facilitating communication and knowledge-sharing within the region
- Local Advocacy : Representing regional perspectives and addressing area-specific challenges
- Event Management : Organizing regional meetings, workshops, and capacity-building programs
- Governance Integration : Regional Leads hold positions on the H.E.L.P. Steering Committee, ensuring that:
- Regional voices and ground realities inform national policy and strategy
- Coordinated efforts align with the organization’s overarching vision
- Best practices and innovations are shared across regions
- Resources and support are equitably distributed nationwide
This decentralized yet coordinated structure enables H.E.L.P. to maintain a strong local presence while driving unified national impact in healthcare education and leadership development.
State Chapter Coordination
State Leads function as primary contacts and facilitators for H.E.L.P. initiatives within their state chapters, collaborating with Regional Leads for network growth and reporting progress. All roles and responsibilities follow a defined Terms of Reference for clear governance.
