Health & Environment Leadership Platform: The largest network of hospitals and health systems in India that is working towards healthcare sustainability. Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) in partnership with Health Care Without Harm (HCWH) established Health and Environment Leadership Platform (H.E.L.P.) in 2017. It is the India chapter of HCWH’s Global Green and Healthy Hospitals.

Low complexity – such as a District hospital providing acute care services, may include minor surgery, and can include normal childbirth but not caesarian section or other surgical intervention, serves as referral from primary care level
Medium complexity – such as a Regional referral center. Basic specialties at the medium complexity level including: obstetrics, dental, radiology (xrays)
High complexity – such as a National (or International) referral center: services to include specialty care for cancer, cardiology, neurology or may provide only specialized care such as a Cardiology Hospital and include diagnostic services such as MRI and CAT scanning
